Retail Business and Office Locations

Juneau is a great location to start or relocate your retail business. We are a community of about 2700 people, with State Hwy. 26 running through our community. We are also the county seat of Dodge County with over 1000 county employees in our community every day.

Our downtown area has several store fronts available that would be ideal for either a small business or office location. Our downtown area is located just off of Hwy.26 and within walking distance of the Dodge County courthouse and office building. Recently two resale shops have opened, with a restaurant scheduled to be opening soon in the downtown area.

Improved Lots Available

We also have several improved lots available for retail businesses on the west side of the city on Western Ave. just off of Hwy 26. In the past few years a Piggly Wiggly store with an adjacent mini mall has opened in that area. Farmers and Merchants Union Bank is planning on building a branch office in that area as well. Across the street Watertown Area Hospital Health Services has opened a clinic and a K-12 school was built in 2002, the school district covers not only Juneau but several small area communities as well.
